SPECS
We offer rope thread casing (outside diameter: 3″ to 16″) in either left hand or right hand thread for applications such as mini piling with overall casing lengths up to 40ft. Large diameter (outside diameter: 18″ to 32″) rope thread is available, as well, with effective lengths up to 6 ft. Other lengths, diameters, wall thicknesses, and threads can be produced to your requirements.

Rope thread is a specific thread used on casing. It is very robust, and able to take a high degree of abuse which is quite normal on construction sites.

Rope threads are cut on casings with a wall thickness of at least 1/2”, and even larger depending on the casing diameter.

Our rope threads are self-cleaning due to the shape of the thread form, and they incorporate an area at the beginning of the thread, where grease and dirt are deposited, when the threads are made up.
